We'd like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas 2008! We feel so fortunate and blessed this year to have baby John in our family. This Christmas we were visited by Julie's mom (Linda) and dad (Dale) and brother (Mark). We also had Julie's sister (Christy) and her husband (Roland) and their two children, Logan (age 5) and Lucas (1 year) with us. It's so joyous to hear the sounds of the little children in our home! Thanks for all of the kind cards and support from everyone this year. We appreciate all of it! We are looking forward to next year and all the wonderful changes it will bring to John.

John's Excitement

John is *almost* 4 months old
It's amazing to think that John is almost 4 months old already. It seems that John has found his feet (he loves grabbing them). He also is now swatting at his favorite toy while sitting in his bouncy chair. He loves standing up too. Julie worked this past weekend and John and I got some father-son bonding time. It was great! John is still eating about every 3-4 hours. We're a little tired, but doing fine.
At home we are decorating the house for the Rosetta Stone (Boulder) holiday party. We had the realization that the Lab has grown large enough to make having a meeting at a restaurant both hard and unappealing. Hopefully the party should be a blast!
